Babysitter - Care.com : Job Details

I am looking for a house manager/nanny. I need someone who is great with a girl - someone who loves activities, is smart, outgoing, kind, and empathetic, but who can also set boundaries and provide discipline and structure when necessary. Our daughter - Coco is a sweet fun girl. She goes to Uintah Elementary and plays soccer and tennis. Ideally, our new nanny becomes an extension of our family. Hours vary a bit but generally - need after school pick up (2:30 during the week, 12:45 on Fridays) and then can be with her until around 5 - 6ish depending on the day. I would love to find someone who is a self-starter and be proactive.
