A San Jose family is seeking a weekend developmental guide for their 18-month-old son. The ideal candidate has a background in early childhood education, is a native speaker of Spanish or Mandarin, and fluent in English. Responsibilities include leading play-based, language-rich activities that support cognitive, emotional, and motor development. Schedule is Saturdays and/or Sundays, either 9 am1 p.m. or 3 pm7 p.m. Strong preference for candidates with toddler experience and familiarity with Montessori, Reggio, or RIE. Degree in child development preferred. CPR/First Aid required. Competitive pay, flexible start.
