As Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and driving key client accounts as well as curating strategic communication plans. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and driven individual with a knack for communication.

The Role:

• Lead key accounts, ensuring quality results, strong relationships, and retention
• Use industry and PR expertise to shape strategy and recommendations
• Oversee daily program execution and serve as senior client liaison
• Create and implement strategic communications plans and media campaigns
• Drive media outreach while supporting team execution efforts

The Ideal Candidate:

• 6+ years of PR agency experience, with strong knowledge of financial services, tech, or fintech
• Proven success in B2B campaigns and securing top-tier media coverage
• Skilled in client management, organization, and independent account ownership
• Able to distill complex fintech topics into clear, compelling narratives
• Proactive, self-starter with a pulse on industry news and trends to drive creative media opportunities
