Overview

We are looking for a skilled Azure/Entra/O365 Administrator/Engineer to join a dynamic team in Appleton, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will oversee the management of Microsoft cloud services, hybrid enterprise environments, and on-premise systems, ensuring seamless operations and security across a large-scale infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team while leveraging your expertise in AzureEntra ID, and Office 365 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud services, including automation through PowerShell scripting.
• Oversee identity and access management processes using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and related tools.
• Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Ensure the security and compliance of Microsoft cloud environments by identifying and mitigating risks.
• Provide support for hybrid Exchange environments, certificate renewals, and third-party integrations.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, including Group Policy and other related on-premise systems.
• Optimize and maintain load balancers to ensure consistent system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address infrastructure needs and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Document processes and configurations to support long-term system management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or engineering roles, with a focus on security.
• Proficiency in managing and administering Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server, and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies and load balancer configurations.
• Familiarity with hybrid enterprise environments and the integration of cloud and on-premise systems.
• Expertise in automation tools, particularly PowerShell scripting.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate security risks within cloud environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-oriented environment.
