Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President of Technology to lead key initiatives across their Workday platform. This role will drive strategic enhancements, manage cross-functional implementations, and oversee the performance of multiple Workday modules. It combines leadership, technical proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to support enterprise-wide platform success. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and new module deployments (HCM, Financials, Talent, Recruiting).
- Oversee configuration, testing, and rollout of Workday updates across business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions.
- Support integrations between Workday and other enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Monitor platform performance and user experience; resolve issues proactively.
- Drive adoption, reporting optimization, and strategic use of Workday across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of enterprise application experience, with 3+ years in Workday administration or implementation.
- Strong technical skills in Workday integrations (web services, APIs).
- Proven experience with Workday configurations and module management.
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Azure, data visualization, or analytics platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $100,000-140,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
