AVP, Talent & Performance

Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Compensation: Up to $120K base + bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We're supporting a long-standing client partner in the hire of a newly created AVP-level Talent & Performance role. This position sits within a highly visible HR function and plays a critical role in operationalizing key talent initiatives across the enterprise.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate the execution of firm-wide talent processes, including performance reviews, promotion cycles, succession planning, and talent reviews
• Serve as the central point of contact between business stakeholders and HR leadership
• Maintain and enhance process documentation, internal guides, and executive materials
• Ensure accountability and alignment across teams during key talent cycles
• Support the buildout of tools, frameworks, and infrastructure across the talent lifecycle

What You Bring:

• Experience in performance management, organizational development, or learning & development
• Excellent written communication, organization, and project coordination skills
• Ability to navigate cross-functional environments with clarity and confidence
• Comfort working in regulated industries such as finance, insurance, or technology
