ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Maimonides Health is seeking a strategic partner for a high-impact position to drive operational initiatives, lead cross-functional projects, manage executive-level priorities, and support the development and execution of strategic operational plans.
The position requires exceptional organization, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, and is ideal for a highly motivated individual with experience in large healthcare systems or healthcare consulting, and who is skilled at working with key stakeholders to support high priority initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a rising professional to gain exposure to high-level health system leadership, strategy, and decision-making.
The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive operational leadership experience in healthcare management. Must possess demonstrated experience in operations, faculty practice and/or clinical service experience, as well as budget and financial operations. Developing and fostering relationships, as well as strategic planning for new programs is imperative.
QualificationsA Master's degree is required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (MBA, MHA preferred). PMP or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
