We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategy and Analytics Leader to join our team. Reporting directly to the SVP of Business Development for the Northeast Region, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of data-driven strategies that support sales growth, optimization, improved decision-making, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategies and processes, advanced data analytics techniques, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance sales effectiveness.

This dynamic position involves market and channel analysis, setting and monitoring market/channel goals, and leading strategic initiatives to modernize and evolve distribution channels in the region. Collaboration with various departments is essential to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving growth initiatives. Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience in sales forecasting, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis tools, and CRM software is preferred.
  • Leadership experience, including overseeing direct and cross-functional teams.
  • Focus on solutions and transformation to improve customer and agent experiences.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly, concisely, and actionably to senior stakeholders.
