Role: Client Partner
The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a large existing Healthcare Provider strategic customer relationship within USA.
Location: Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI, Indianapolis, IN
The candidate should have experience in sales, account and customer management for across services like Application Development, Application Support, Infrastructure, Digital and Analytics, Cloud, and Engineering/ R&D within the Healthcare industry and provider experience will be a big plus.
Overview
Role: Client Partner with a focus on managing and expanding a Healthcare Provider strategic account in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management and Business Development: This role will manage existing client relationships significantly expand services, and build a diverse portfolio through the opportunity management cycle of Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
- This account has aggressive growth potential through cross sell and upsell, which the candidate must effectively drive.
- Own the strategic agenda for that account as well as create and manage executive level connects between customer and HCL executive teams. Will need to drive structured governance with customer focused on delivery and thought leadership.
- Ability to understand the industry trends and establish engaging dialogue with the client stakeholders.
- Having sold and enabled solutions around Infrastructure, Application Development and Support, Cloud, Digital and Analytics and Engineering & R&D services will be key.
- Create strong proactive new opportunity pipeline and conversion to drive top line growth for these customer partnerships.
- Drive proactive PoCs and PoTs aligned to customer focus and initiatives finally converting into new opportunity pipeline creation.
- Delivery Assurance: Drive thought leadership to help address customer business challenges by liaising effectively with various internal solution and practice teams, to bring timely solutions to the customer.
- Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client.
- Work closely with and manage/guide internal stakeholders in delivery, recruitment and other supporting functions to align on goals and deliver for the customer.
- Account Planning and Governance: Create strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account and execute that plan to drive incremental revenue, manage customer negotiations, drive pricing discussions, etc.
- Engage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify improvement/opportunity areas – sell cross-business unit solutions to the client.
- Expand HCLs footprint and come up with creative solutions that help solve business problems.
- Drive monthly and quarterly topline and bottom-line performance against the finalized targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- 16-20+ years' experience in selling and leading transformation and other complex programs.
- Experience within the Healthcare industry/vertical and background within the Provider segment will be a big positive.
- Hands-on experience in managing the deal cycle starting with proposal creation to leading proposal presentations and finally closing with a win.
- Proven record of rapidly and consistently scaling up revenues Q-o-Q.
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Ability to understand financial reports, manage P&L and build winning commercial constructs.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and leadership ability.
- Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environment.
- Account financial management, lead generation and ensuring client satisfaction.
