Our network includes six hospitals, a medical group, cancer care, outpatient centers, research, education, and community services, with nearly 17,000 team members committed to exceeding healthcare expectations.ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryThis role involves identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations to support HonorHealth's mission. As a key member of the Foundation's Corporate and Events team, you will be responsible for meeting fundraising goals through managing external and internal events, and building strategic relationships to secure sponsorships and donations.Essential Functions
  • Manage and grow the Foundation Events Fundraising Program, including donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship at local and national levels. Maintain and expand the donor pipeline and sponsorship relationships.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and event partners, negotiating agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Manage event budgets, coordinate event logistics, and analyze event performance for continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategies and plans for fundraising and community outreach events to expand the donor base. Coordinate external event growth and cause marketing opportunities.
  • Create and oversee guidelines for event invitations, analyzing attendance data to optimize engagement. Manage invitation production and response tracking using Foundation database tools.
  • Participate in professional associations to stay current in fundraising practices. Pursue personal development goals and perform other duties as assigned.
Education
  • Master's Degree in Business Management, Communications, Public Relations, Non-Profit Management, or related field - Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communication, Public Relations, Non-Profit Management, or related field - Required
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in fundraising, event management, or hospitality industry - Required
  • 7 years in fundraising and event management with advanced training - Preferred
