Overview
Responsible for driving business solutioning growth within his/her vertical industry by enabling them to drive business growth, build strong partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. They specialize in developing a network of contacts to attract clients, researching new market opportunities, and overseeing growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Systems, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master's degree is advantageous.
- Certifications in project management and business analysis are preferred.
- Specialized knowledge in specific vertical industries, such as Financial Services, Supply Chain, Government, and Energy.
Experience:
- Work experience as an Account Manager, Business Development, Business Analyst, Product Manager in Solution Services, or from reputable consulting services in Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the vertical industry as an employee.
Skills:
- Broad relationships with private sectors or government.
- Updated on technology trends, especially in ICT Business.
- Experience in project delivery.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems.
- Result-oriented, able to drive revenue growth while ensuring seamless collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation & account planning: including account planning, industry expertise based on technology trends, fact-finding from client pain points, and insights to trigger new business initiatives, orchestrate client requirements and internal capabilities.
- Solution design & architecture (RFPs): defining clear problem statements based on customer needs, recommending solutions based on best practices, involving pre-sales experts, and joint planning for lead sharing and pursuing opportunities.
- Commercial proposals (RFQs): preparing client proposals including solution design and pricing, with solutions priced based on predefined lists or bespoke services.
- Client negotiation: presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and responsible for contract signing and booking.
- Service delivery: aligning delivery with plans as part of the steering committee.
- Renewals: reviewing and involved in renewal processes.
