Aviation Store Person - Omniexe : Job Details

As a Store Person, you will be responsible for supporting Omni's aviation procurement requirements. This role is to ensure all associated aircraft, engine maintenance and fleet AOG defects parts are sourced in a timely manner. The Stores Person will report to the Maintenance Manager and is accountable for the stocktaking and procurement in accordance with the authorised procurement policies.Key Accountabilities

• Ensure all procurement, including stock takes are completed in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Manual, Civil Aviation Regulations and Aircraft or Engine Manufacturers Manuals.
• Ensure strict control of stores and distribution systems in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Manual.
• Maintain professional relationships with all maintenance stakeholders and sub-contractors.
• Promote the good health and safety of all team members in the workplace.

• Be an Australian Citizen
• Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
• Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

In addition, this role will require:

• Over 4 years practical experience in an aviation organisation
• Ability to use electronic stores management program (e.g. Aerotrack)

Desirable Qualifications

• Recognised qualifications across multiple areas
• Competent in ICT utilisation
