Join the Steve Moyer Team! Steve Moyer Subaru is seeking a full-time Title Clerk to join our growing family of dealerships. The title clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles using respective state guidelines in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual. Individual will need to have great multitasking skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment - all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and giving the highest customer quality of service. Individual needs to be courteous and thorough will all of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming titles and MCO's
• Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
• Processes new and used vehicle registration
• Answer customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, duplicates, and payoff issue related issues.

• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Dealership experience is a plus but is not required - we are willing to train the right individual
