Automotive Technician - $120K+ Potential - Weston, WI - CALL NOW 470 ### #### ! A busy, high-volume automotive repair facility in the Weston, WI area is urgently hiring a skilled Automotive A or Master Technician with advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic capabilities. This is a great opportunity to join a well-run, high-performing shop with strong leadership and excellent earning potential. What We're Looking For:

• Strong electrical and diagnostic skills (drivability is key)
• Solid mechanical knowledge across domestic and Asian vehicles (European experience a bonus)
• Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Get:

• Base pay: $25/hr + 35% of labor, with top techs earning $120K-$130K annually

• Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM
