Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs including engine repair, drivetrain/axles, suspension/steering, brakes, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning, and engine performance.
• Adhere to Belle Tire's stringent quality and safety standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by consistently exceeding customers' expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Hold a State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (applicable in Michigan only).
• Have a minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Exhibit a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE Certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 75 pounds.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a tire and automotive service retail store. Expect varied work hours, Monday through Saturday, with potential overtime. The environment is fast-paced with physical demands such as prolonged standing and heavy lifting.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 / year.
