What You'll Do

• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs, including engine, drive train, suspension, steering, brakes, electrical systems, and heating/air conditioning.
• Uphold Belle Tire's commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, striving to exceed customer expectations.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the management team.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (if applicable).
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair or mechanics.
• A strong customer-focused attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE Certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Work Environment

This position is located in a fast-paced tire and automotive service retail shop. Expect varying work hours from Monday to Saturday, with possible overtime. The role involves physical demands, including prolonged standing and heavy lifting.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
