As an Automotive Service Technician, you play a vital role in keeping our customers' vehicles in top condition. What You'll Do

• Perform automotive repairs across various systems, including engine repair, drive train/axles, suspension/steering, brakes, electrical systems, heating/air conditioning, and engine performance.
• Ensure all work aligns with Belle Tire's high standards for quality and safety.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by exceeding expectations and fostering a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by your manager.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• State of Michigan Mechanic Certification (applicable in Michigan only).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic.
• A customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE Certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Work Environment

This position is based in a tire and automotive service retail store. You will work varying hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime in a fast-paced workshop setting that includes physical demands such as standing and heavy lifting.

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 per year.
