Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our team. Our Service Department is high volume, full of collaboration, surrounded by cutting-edge technology, and a fun place to work.

• Base pay range: $60,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience
• Paid flat-rate method with a 40-hour per week guarantee (prorated for days worked)
• Paid time and half on all warranty work
• Paid 10 hours per day for manufactured off-site training (reimbursed for gas/tolls)
• Paid $50 for each FCA web-based training certificate
• Holiday and Vacation time paid at your average rate
• Productivity Bonus for 111% or higher (paid weekly)

• Monday to Friday shifts with lunch from 12 pm - 1 pm
• One Saturday a month, with a day off during the week when working Saturday
• Available shifts: 7 am - 4 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, 9 am - 6 pm

• Perform maintenance services efficiently and according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Provide detailed written communication on RO's
• Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools

• At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Own set of tools (toolbox and special tools provided by us)
• Ability to fix the job right the first time
• Customer service skills, motivated, team-oriented, positive attitude

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
• Ability to move in and out of vehicles regularly
• Prolonged standing, stooping, and bending
