Job Summary:
We are looking for a Service Director/Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate has a strong background in service management and customer service. The day-to-day duties of this role include maintaining strong relationships with customers, crafting goals for the department, and staying up to date on new product features.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed
- Understand customer requirements and concerns to match with various service options
- Explain services being performed and keep customers informed throughout their vehicle service
- Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories, and attend product training as required
- Maintain a customer follow-up system that supports repeat and referral business and enhances customer satisfaction
- Hire and supervise all service department personnel, and monitor their performance
- Set goals and objectives for the department, including an annual operating budget and marketing plan
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by promptly and appropriately handling customer complaints
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager preferred
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
- High school diploma or higher education
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Driven personality, eager to improve, and able to support internal teams
