Service Director- Basil Ford Walden Basil Ford Walden is one of the largest Ford dealerships in Western New York with one of the fastest-growing service departments in the region. Ranked Top 10 in the Northeast, our service operation is expanding quickly - and we're looking for a proven leader to take it to the next level. We're seeking a Service Director who can bring leadership, process, and vision to our team. The right candidate will manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop staff, and drive continued growth in both customer satisfaction and department performance. What you'll do:

• Lead and oversee the Service Department team, including Service Advisors, Technicians and support staff.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Drive profitability while ensuring high-quality service and compliance with Ford standards.
• Build, mentor, and develop a winning team culture.
• Partner with Senior leadership to achieve aggressive growth goals

What we're looking for:

• Experienced Service Manager/Director with a track record of growing fixed operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Ford processes a plus
• High-energy, growth-minded leader ready to take on one of the biggest opportunities in the Buffalo auto market.
