Our brand-new showroom and service facility are now open, and we are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Volvo is known for its safety, technology, and style. Our new facility features a service drive-through with state-of-the-art equipment, an efficient shop that boosts productivity, and a modern customer waiting area with a full beverage and snack bar. Your Daily Work Schedule
  • Oversee service orders and the flow of the Service Lane.
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional tasks that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person.
  • Maintain the daily inventory of technicians' time and ensure it is sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
  • Answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain a Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues, ordering parts and tools as needed.
  • Oversee warranty claim administration and supervise the service department.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with factories and maintain good employee relations.

  • Proficient with computers and multitasking.
