Description of the role:
The Automotive Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with the purchase of vehicles at Haddad Toyota. They will provide exceptional customer service, guide customers through the sales process, and answer any inquiries related to vehicles and financing options.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferencesAssist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirementsProvide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricingDemonstrate vehicle functionalities and perform test drivesNegotiate pricing and terms of sale with customersCoordinate with the finance team to assist customers with financing optionsEnsure timely delivery of purchased vehiclesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, financing options, and promotionsRequirements:
Prior experience in automotive sales is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain positive customer relationshipsExcellent negotiation and persuasion abilitiesProficiency in using computers and relevant softwareValid driver's licenseBenefits:
