Sheehy Toyota of Stafford is seeking Sales Consultants who want to advance their careers in sales. This is an opportunity for you to turn your proven track record of excellent customer service and sales skills into profits. A minimum of ONE year or more of Sales, Communication, and Negotiation skills or experience in ANY industry is preferred. We will train you to be the BEST Sales Consultant! Excellent training is provided. The ideal candidate would have prior Automotive Sales experience, knowledge of CRM tools, and the ability to build professional business relationships, and they are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the product features, warranty, and paperwork to foster customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
  • Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts such as direct mail, networking, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

  • One year of sales, communication, and negotiation experience in ANY industry - preferred
  • Ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
  • Coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clients
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and closing percentages
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver's license
