The Future Automotive Group has been family-owned and operated for over 60 years, growing to 13 dealerships and 14 franchises. Due to our continued success, we have an immediate opening for a Receptionist / Phone Operator to help keep our office organized and running smoothly.

Pay Scale: Hourly wages are between $17.50 - $20.00

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls, direct callers to the appropriate department, or take accurate messages

Greet visitors and callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Relay messages promptly to the appropriate team members

Assist office staff during slower periods and when needed

Perform clerical duties, including filing and document organization

Maintain a professional and organized reception area

Support general office operations as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Professional appearance and work ethic

Ability to work well in a process-driven environment

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Self-starter with attention to confidentiality and compliance

No prior experience required – training provided
