• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system; route calls and take accurate messages
• Maintain organized records, appointment schedules, and general administrative filing
• Collaborate with staff across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide support to other team members and contribute to a positive office environment

Requirements:

• Prior office or administrative experience (automotive dealership experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional work ethic with a willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CDK/ADP is a plus, but not required
