Protech Automotive Solutions is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers.Job Summary Porters will be responsible for transporting vehicles, tools, parts, and equipment to necessary locations. This is an entry level position with an opportunity to grow into other roles. OUR PORTERS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:Up to $20.00 per hour. Role and Responsibilities Customer service orientedCommunicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivityTest drive vehicles after repair and/or ADAS calibrationsTransport vehicles, tools, and/or customers as needed during repair processVehicle clean up may be requiredPerform other duties as assigned by field leadershipQualifications, Education & Experience: Desire to learn a skilled tradeHigh school diploma or tech school graduateExcellent customer service and communication skillsKnowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficientlySelf -motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused visionRequirements: Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR checkAbility to pass a background checkMust be able to lift 60 pounds independentlyTravel may be required for continuing education and certification trainingRequires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stoopingRequires frequent driving of company and customer vehiclesExtensive travel within assigned area is expectedMay have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicalsAbility to work in a shop environment in inclement weatherRequired to wear PPE to include but not limited to facial covering, eye protection, gloves
