Job DescriptionEstablish and maintain good relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations. Maintain proper parts inventory levels and ensure accurate posting. Utilize computers for inventory management, recordkeeping, and parts information. Develop and follow action plans to ensure customer satisfaction and department profitability. Lead and train team members in the parts department. Establish and control inventory systems and interpret inventory reports. Apply knowledge of parts pricing procedures and stay updated on new models based on technical service bulletins and surveys. Demonstrate leadership skills, including coaching, organizing, planning, and interpersonal sensitivity.
