Payne, ALPay: ~ +/-$37/hr$40/hr + OT [Higher Pay Negotiable, DOE]Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with flexibility for extra hoursAbout the RoleJoin a premier automotive manufacturing facility as an Automotive Manufacturing Launch Associate, partnering with a seasoned Launch Engineer to drive high-stakes product launches for top clients like Honda and GM. You'll play an essential role in coordinating the launch of multiple new automotive products, from initial planning to successful rollout, ensuring each meets stringent quality standards and production deadlines.Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead product launch projects from start to finish, maintaining timelines and overcoming obstacles APQP Leadership: Conduct internal meetings to track project progress and resolve issues as they arise Process Planning: Develop proactive measures (PFMEA) and control plans to uphold quality during production Launch Coordination: Oversee test production runs, process setups (eg, masking, trimming, assembly), and pre-production activities Plant Layout & Documentation: Design layouts and prepare detailed instructions for manufacturing and packaging Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to secure equipment and packaging setups that meet specifications Product Tryouts: Plan and oversee new product trials to verify production readiness Safety and Compliance: Maintain adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental standardsQualifications Experience: 3-5 years in automotive manufacturing with hands-on experience in product launches; familiarity with injection molding and automated equipment is a plus Education: High school diploma required; technical diploma preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Solidworks) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of PLCs, automated systems, vision systems, and robotics is a bonus Additional Skills: Experience with budgeting, planning, and quality frameworks like APQP and PFMEAWhat We Offer High-Impact Role: Hands-on experience managing 5 major product launches, with the chance to lead alongside an experienced team Competitive Pay: Earn ~ +/- $37-40/hr, plus OT, while gaining valuable expertise in an industry-leading facility Quick Start: Immediate hire following background check and drug screening completionReady to Apply?Submit your resume today to become an essential part of a high-performing team in automotive manufacturing launches!To learn more ASAP, feel free to contact Mollie Karns at [email protected] | 678-###-#### Meet Your RecruiterMollie Karns
