Automotive Inventory / Fleet Logistics SpecialistGather and document information on incoming vehicles from auctions or trade-ins. Manage inventory by communicating via calls, emails, and messages to locate and verify vehicles. Assist in stocking vehicles and ensuring accurate information is recorded. Coordinate with vendors, auction personnel, sales staff, and drivers to track vehicle locations. Utilize computer systems such as MS Office, Email, Keyper, Rapid Recon, Dealertrack, Lo-Jack, Mobile Dealer Data, Vauto Provision, and dealer addendums. Facilitate smooth vehicle movement through the dealership process. Assist staff in locating keys and vehicles on the lot. Conduct lot walks to identify unstocked vehicles.
