What You'll Do:

As a Diesel Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best:

    • Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel trucks and equipment.

    • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brakes, and inspections.

    • Troubleshoot and repair engines, drive-trains, electrical systems, and emissions components.

    • Work with Service Advisors and team members to ensure efficient and accurate service.

    • Support local fleet accounts by delivering reliable turnaround times and quality workmanship.

    • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a technician who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a growing, team-driven environment:

  • Experience as a Diesel Technician (dealership, fleet, or independent shop).

  • Familiarity with diagnostics, diesel engines, and repair procedures.

  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

  • Certifications ASE, OEM or equivalent work experience in a Fleet maintenance shop.

  • Valid driver's license
