Friendly Acura, the Premier Acura dealership in the Hudson Valley is looking for an experienced Automotive Client Advisor. Job Summary: The Auto Sales Consultant at Friendly Acura of Middletown is responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers in order to meet or exceed set sales targets and provide excellent customer service. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the automotive industry located in Middletown, New York. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is $50,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and performance (base salary plus commission and bonuses). Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers and accompany them on test drives - Negotiate sales deals and close transactions in a timely manner - Upsell additional products or services to customers - Follow up with leads and potential customers using various communication methods - Keep up-to-date with new vehicle models, features, and competitive offerings - Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and annual basis - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues or complaints Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment - Proficient in using CRM and other sales-related software - Knowledge of current automotive market trends and competitor offerings - Valid driver's license and clean driving record EEOC Statement: Friendly Acura of Middletown is an equal opportunity employer.
