Job Description

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our growing Mazda team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service. Daily responsibilities include performing repairs on specific orders and diagnosing vehicle issues.

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional needed services and provide repair estimates.
• Perform warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Service Technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required.
• Level B qualifications, including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair.
• Steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills; ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and improve.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, procedures, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
