We are seeking a dynamic and experienced national sales manager to join our team and drive our sales strategy to new heights across stock, performance, and heavy-duty applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive aftermarket sales, particularly with engine and chassis parts, and a proven track record of success in managing multiple channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, WDs, program-buying groups.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover growth opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive and aligned with market developments.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company and generate new leads.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, specifically with engine and chassis parts.

- Proven experience in managing multiple distribution channels, including retailers, WDs, program buying groups, and expanding market presence.

- Strong understanding of North America automotive aftermarket.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (25%-40%).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
