Automotive Accountant:Job DescriptionClient is looking to add full-time accounting staff to our automotive office in Pearl River, NY. • Cost and post deals to the GL
• Audit deals for accuracy and compliance
• Examine and maintain accounting schedules
• Review and management of CIT's
• Assist controllers with monthly close
• Parts warranty and statements
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Posting accounts payable/receivables
• Billing out deals, swaps, and wholesale

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Familiar with automotive bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• CDK experience a plus
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-up abilities
• Professional and dependable team-player
• Previous dealership experience is required
• Fast learner that is open to change
