Utz Quality Foods is seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Automation Training Coordinator to support our growing network of manufacturing facilities across the U.S. In this onsite role primarily based in Hanover, PA, you'll play a critical role in developing and delivering technical training programs that elevate the skills of our production and maintenance teams across the U.S.
This role blends automation, engineering, and workforce development, perfect for someone passionate about translating complex systems into clear, actionable learning for all levels of operators and technicians.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with automation technologies, including robotics, PLC systems, motion controls, and self-driving forklifts (AGVs/AMRs).
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for automation and maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Prior experience in food manufacturing or other high-speed, regulated environments is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), document control systems, and modern training tools (visual aids, digital content, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex systems in simple terms.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and basic troubleshooting software tools.
