Role: Automation Tester Location: Tampa, FL Duration: Full-time/Permanent Qualifications Basic: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 4 years of experience in IT. Preferred: At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design. At least 4 years of experience in test execution, analysis, and reporting. At least 2 years of experience in Agile testing. Expertise in estimating story points for Agile testing projects. Strong expertise in automation using Selenium automation tool. Strong coordination, communication, reporting, and analytical skills. Strong leadership skills. Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
