Automation Systems Controls Engineer - INGEVITY CORPORATION : Job Details

Support the OT network; work with IT and controls to establish and maintain communication. Develop network communication plans, equipment specifications, and installation requirements for the successful integration of machines into the OT/ IT networks. Support existing automation and implement new machine automation. Drive improvements in proactivity, safety, quality, plant availability, production rates, and production costs. Work in a team environment to support plant operations, maintenance, and capital projects. Troubleshoot equipment and develop permanent solutions to recurring issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear and consistent communication. Respond to incidents, including natural disasters, in a timely and efficient manner to maintain plant production. Maintain data and redundancy on all OT devices to ensure they are serviced, patched, backed up, and warrantied successfully.
