  • Pay: Up to $22.75 - based on industry experience and skill level.
  • 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:30:pm
  • $3,000 retention bonus paid in increments in your first full year of employment.

Job Summary: Join our team as a Warehouse Automation Sanitation Worker and play a crucial role in keeping our food distribution center clean, safe, and running smoothly. In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for maintaining a sanitary work environment by cleaning spills, removing debris, and ensuring cleanliness around machinery, conveyors, and tight spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help protect our team and keep operations efficient. Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, aisles, rack slots, and work areas to maintain a safe environment.
  • Quickly respond to spills, leaks, and debris to prevent safety hazards.
  • Clean around and under machinery, conveyors, racking systems and in tight spaces to remove debris, following all safety protocols.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables properly while adhering to sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with deep cleaning schedules, including high-traffic areas and equipment.
  • Work with warehouse staff to identify and resolve sanitation concerns promptly.
  • Follow all food safety, health, and OSHA regulations to maintain compliance.
What We're Looking For:
  • Must be proficient in English and/or bilingual.
  • Previous janitorial, sanitation, or warehouse cleaning experience necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to safety.
  • Comfortable working around heavy machinery and operating an electric pallet jack.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills.
Physical Environment:
  • During any warehouse work the incumbent will be moving about the Distribution Center warehouse floor with a temperature range from room temperature to 28 degrees.
  • Stooping, bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs and extensive walking may be required in completion of job duties.
