The successful candidate will lead hardware-related aspects of projects involving systems such as Emerson Delta. V and Rockwell Plant. P - Ax, ensuring robust, efficient, and innovative solutions that meet ADM specifications and industry standards. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, project management experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge automation solutions. The ADM Modernization Program [Program Aurora] is an ADM Operations Initiative to modernize our strategic facilities through Automation and Optimization. Utilizing technology and ADM expertise, we will reduce unplanned downtime, support safety initiatives, increase OEE and standardize our processes across our business units.
