Automation Night Shift - Berry Global : Job Details

1. Perform Preventative Maintenance on regular intervals 2. Troubleshoot PLC/s and Drives 3. Respond to reported automation, vision, and robot issues 4. Troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical problems 5. Replace necessary components such as sensors, electric wiring, cylinders, bearings, conveyors, motors, air/ vaccuum lines and valves 6. Work with assembly line operators as needed to troubleshoot problems 7. Communicate all changes and all-important information to the Manager or Supervisor 8. Ensure all system performances are optimized and running safely 9. Record accurate production data that includes all necessary information needed for tracking purposes 10. Perform housekeeping duties as necessary 11. Support and maintain policies of the company including ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, continuous improvement, and standard work procedures 12.
