This position offers a variety of great benefits.Automation ManagerWe're looking for an experienced professional who can jump right in to lead critical automation and controls projects with seamless execution. Ideal candidates will already be based in the US or hold a TN Visa, ensuring quick and smooth onboarding.In this role, you'll oversee electrical automation projects from design to completion, collaborating with teams to meet and exceed client expectations.Key requirements include:

• Extensive experience in automation and controls within industrial environments
• Strong expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning
• Proven ability to lead electrical project teams, manage resources, and uphold quality standards
• Skilled in Project Management for timelines, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination
• Background in the automotive or manufacturing sector is a must
