The Automation & Digital Services Field Specialist plays a key role in the Monitoring & Controls Group, focusing on:

• Installing, programming, and troubleshooting controllers, SCADA systems, VFDs, PLCs, and other electronic systems.
• Supporting cloud-based and on-premise digital solutions.
• Providing technical support, both remotely and on-site.
• Conducting training seminars for utility operators and internal staff.
• Performing installations and troubleshooting of cloud-based platforms and on-premise digital solutions.

• Perform field installations and modifications of control panels.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Diagnose and resolve instrumentation issues using tools like multimeters.
• Lead automation logic testing and ensure systems meet the scope of work.
• Train customers and staff using multimedia tools.
• Assist with product specifications and documentation updates.
• Location: This job will cover the Northeast region.
• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Prefer 5+ years' experience in industrial controls and automation applications with knowledge of electrical control panels, SCADA Systems, VFDs, PLCs, communication protocols, and electronic systems.
• Prefer 2+ years of electrical controls technical training or equivalent.
• Experience with industrial control systems and electrical theory.
• Strong communication skills for training and customer support.
• Ability to travel 75% for on-site support and installations.
• Valid driver's license.

• $72,300 – $130,100 per year
