- Designing and implementing tools and scripts to automate processes in network environments
- Maintaining and enhancing automation frameworks
- Integrating OSS/BSS systems with other network components
- Collaborating with R&D, QA, and deployment teams
- Participating in testing and supporting deployments at customer sites (remotely or on-site)
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of automated processes
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Professional experience as an Automation Engineer or in a related role in the telco or IT sector
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Perl, TCL, Bash, Python etc.)
- Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems is a strong plus
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Familiarity with protocols and technologies such as SNMP, NETCONF, REST APIs, TR-069/TR-369
- Understanding of operator network architectures (e.g. MPLS, xDSL, GPON)
