Automation/Controls Engineer - Danfoss : Job Details

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems. - Develop, test, and implement control strategies for machinery and equipment. - Integrate and maintain SCADA systems for monitoring and data acquisition. - Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to define system requirements and functional specifications. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, and operating manuals. - Perform system commissioning, including startup support and system validation. - Diagnose issues in existing control systems and implement timely solutions. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce downtime. - Working knowledge of CAD, 2 D and 3 D MS Office suite Siemens PLC required - Work closely with the global IT team to implement the MES system while acting as the Voice of Manufacturing from DTC - Support team goals to delivery our operations KPIS on s...Controls Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Automation, Automation Engineer, Controls, Operations, Technology
