  • Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems for new and existing manufacturing lines
  • Program, debug, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
  • Integrate sensors, vision systems, servo motors, and robotic components into automated processes
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration
  • Perform testing, commissioning, and validation of automated equipment at client and company sites
  • Provide technical support for system upgrades, process improvements, and downtime reduction initiatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including schematics, control logic, and user manuals
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial automation best practices
  • Participate in cross-functional project planning, estimating timelines, and meeting customer specs

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in automation systems and industrial controls engineering
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in HMI/SCADA platforms and industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
  • Familiarity with robotic integration (Fanuc, ABB, or similar) and motion control systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in fast-paced manufacturing environments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for collaborative project execution
