Automation Analyst - Holmes Murphy Partnership : Job Details

We are looking to add an Automation Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Waukee, IA. This role is a “change enabler,” with a focus on identifying opportunities and accelerating automation implementation by creating process and solution documents, formulating requirements, and testing automations.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
• Experience: At least 3 years managing business requirements, including 1 year of handling complex initiatives.
• Skills: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, LEAN, SDLC, RPA, automation tools like UiPath and Power Automate, and strong facilitation and analytical skills.
• Technical Competencies: Ability to develop technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and deliver effective solutions.
