We are looking to add an Automation Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Waukee, IA. This role is a “change enabler,” with a focus on identifying opportunities and accelerating automation implementation by creating process and solution documents, formulating requirements, and testing automations.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities and assist in developing the company's automation roadmap.Gather business requirements by identifying stakeholders, leading sessions, modeling processes, capturing data and rules, and asking key questions.Serve as a liaison between end-users and software development teams, acting as a subject matter expert in translating requirements.Coordinate and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
- Experience: At least 3 years managing business requirements, including 1 year of handling complex initiatives.
- Skills: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, LEAN, SDLC, RPA, automation tools like UiPath and Power Automate, and strong facilitation and analytical skills.
- Technical Competencies: Ability to develop technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and deliver effective solutions.
