Contribute to high-performing daily operations by developing and optimizing automation systems with a proactive approach, considering End-to-End Fulfillment processes.Handle errors, minor bug fixes, and maintain a neat environment to ensure high machine performance.Implement and coordinate level 0 support, analyze disturbances, and respond to system failures.Lead system deployments, implement system developments, and set up aligned operations.Develop competencies to operate automated solutions and act as a change agent among leaders and co-workers.Initiate follow-ups, create actions based on automation KPIs, and track processes according to system setup.Contribute to a culture that embraces diversity and IKEA values.Together as a TeamWe are the behind-the-scenes team that ensures IKEA products are available to many. Our expertise in supply processes helps balance range, space, forecasting, and ordering to maximize product availability while minimizing costs. - University degree in economics, logistics, supply chain management, or related experience in logistics, commercial, or supply chain fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience or interest in retail, home furnishings, or customer service.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to identify required actions.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to improve workflows based on end-user needs.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience at tactical and operational levels.
