Contribute to high-performing daily operations by developing and optimizing automation systems with a proactive approach, considering End-to-End Fulfillment processes.

Handle errors, minor bug fixes, and maintain a neat environment to ensure high machine performance.

Implement and coordinate level 0 support, analyze disturbances, and respond to system failures.

Lead system deployments, implement system developments, and set up aligned operations.

Develop competencies to operate automated solutions and act as a change agent among leaders and co-workers.

Initiate follow-ups, create actions based on automation KPIs, and track processes according to system setup.

Contribute to a culture that embraces diversity and IKEA values.

• University degree in economics, logistics, supply chain management, or related experience in logistics, commercial, or supply chain fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience or interest in retail, home furnishings, or customer service.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to identify required actions.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to improve workflows based on end-user needs.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience at tactical and operational levels.
