Responsibilities Automotive Service Technician:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of makes and models, with a focus on CDJR vehicles
• Use OEM diagnostic tools and repair procedures for accurate, efficient service
• Communicate clearly with service advisors about customer concerns and repair timelines
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair standards to ensure top-quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety and compliance guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs as needed

Requirements/Qualifications Automotive Service Technician:

• CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) or Stellantis experience strongly preferred
• ASE certification or manufacturer-specific certifications a plus
• Proven automotive service experience with strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Familiarity with Tekion DMS is a huge plus
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Must pass pre-employment screening
