Ken Ganley Westside Imports the #1 Sales & Service Dealer in NE Ohio is adding to our high-performing technician team. Were looking for an experienced Automotive Technician whos ready to work in a well-equipped shop with supportive management, minimal turnover, and a steady stream of work.

We value skilled professionals who take pride in quality repairs, and we give them the pay, tools, and respect they deserve. German auto repair experience is preferred but not required. If youre a driven tech with 3+ years of experience, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities - Service Technician:

• Diagnose and perform vehicle repairs with attention to quality and accuracy
• Handle everything from engines and transmissions to brakes, suspension, and A/C
• Keep accurate notes and estimates for time and parts
• Stay current on new systems and technologies through paid training
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety standards

Qualifications - Service Technician:

• 3+ years of experience as an auto shop or dealership technician is required
• German auto repair experience preferred (Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche)
• ASE, Master Tech, or OEM certifications are a bonus (not required)
• We welcome Technicians from other brands!
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Good work ethic and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
