Responsibilities Automotive Parts Counter Person:

• Assist technicians with parts requests and ensure timely and accurate parts delivery to the service department
• Greet and assist retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries
• Identify correct parts using catalogs, inventory systems, and manufacturer tools
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and according to dealership procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic stock counts
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and well-stocked
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure excellent communication and workflow
• Stay current on product knowledge and manufacturer updates for all represented brands (Aston Martin, Bentley, Maserati, Rolls-Royce)
• Monitor and manage special order parts, including tracking and customer follow-up
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers

Requirements / Qualifications Automotive Parts Counter Person:

• Prior experience as a Parts Counter Person in a dealership or automotive environment required
• Knowledge of luxury or high-performance vehicle parts preferred (Bentley, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin a plus)
• Strong understanding of parts catalog systems and dealership DMS software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Willingness to undergo manufacturer and dealership training
